Nature of Services
OakRise Fincorp provides financial advisory guidance, mutual fund distribution, tax filing assistance, insurance advisory and related services. We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. Our services do not constitute legal advice and we are not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
No Guarantee of Returns
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results. OakRise Fincorp does not guarantee any specific investment returns. All investment decisions are made by the client based on their own risk assessment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all services. Incorrect information provided by the client is the client’s responsibility. OakRise Fincorp is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Fees and Commissions
For investment services, OakRise Fincorp receives trail commission from AMCs as disclosed in our Commission Disclosure. For professional services, fees are agreed upon with the client before commencement of work. All fee structures are transparent with no hidden charges.
Limitation of Liability
OakRise Fincorp shall not be liable for any investment losses arising from market fluctuations, client decisions or events beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
